Let me straiten this out for everyone. Both Hendrix and Halen revolutionize lead and solo guitar, but the fact remaians that hendrix invented most of the sound that halen uses in solos. on the other hand Halen profected the shreding techque while Hendrix profected melow harmonies. besides if Hendrix was still alive god only knos what he would of Leared from guitarist like Halen.

Van Halen is awesome. HOWEVER, he's not as good as Hendrix. Hendrix revolutionised the guitar and could differ his music more than Van Halen, just because Van Halen can play quickly doesn't make him better.

Could Hendrix have dressed like this and made it look cool? No. And on the teeth note, a guitar isnt supposed to be played with ur teeth, thats like a footballer playing football with their hands. It was pretty cool to be honest tho lol.
