Well, to me, this is rather special. I realize now that when I said it was "special", for some you, that might have been a bit of an overstatement. For those of you who don't know, Jackanory was a children's show who ran from...1965, I think, to 1996. Then, last year, there was a special edition of it, with John Sessions reading Muddle Earth (by Chris Riddell and Paul Stewart). I think you have figured out why I'm uploading this. Hope you all enjoy it - I know I did.

People who say that this ruined the book must understand that it has to hold the attention and entertain those who haven't read the book... like me. Telly folk are smart enough to know this.

I do love the creepyness of the beginning. This is perectly narrated by my love John, he does voices and looks beautiful! Great post and thanks!

Shut up you fool! How can you say John Sessions is a crap Narrator? He's a legend and has a perfect voice! Who'd have been a better narrator who can be engaging with a touch of humour at the same time? Bet you'd wish Matt Lucas had done it

argh on second thoughts,this is crap,the narrotor and all =K they ruined a perfectstory by making it to a 7 year old cartoon thing ¬¬ there goes another one....sigh
