I had a Border Collie for 11 years, I got her (Sally) when I was eleven and she died last year. She had either parasites or a brain tumor because she had terrible fits at age 10 and a half and would froth from the mouth it was very sad. When she was sick I used to sleep on the back deck with her all night and comfort her when she was fitting.
I can't wait to get another BC when I finish Uni. They are very loving animals.

be prepared to make ALOT of games for them if you don't have anything for them to "herd" incredibly smart dogs... they just get bored really easy and the males tend to be overprotective of their owners... i couldn't hug my mom without being "nipped" by her last one |
