The whooping occurs in children. Children are more prone to Death. Adults don't get the whooping, normally having bigger airway and better immune system. Adults normally cough for 3-6 months, headaches, blue lips and toes from low Oxygen... long enough to grow new air-passageway/lung cells. WATCH "CLINICAL EXAMPLES OF PERTUSSES"

i understand that you can cure the whooping cough, but if only caught in its early stages... i know this may sound dumb but how early is early? days? weeks? or months? thanks

today at my school...they sent out a letter saying that one of my school mates has Pertussis(whooping cough)....that's why I'm trying to stay away from that person as much as possible....
