yeah thats probably optimized to medium settings (still pretty good) but you can crank it up to high graphical quality at a price of a laggy framerate. try to use very high and you'll be watching a slideshow

crysis is the original, crysis warhead is sort of an expansion but you dont need crysis to play it.
