Did you know Tony Stark made a suit that is designed only on battling the Hulk? I go with Iron Man hands down, even if the Hulk has all of that, I'll still think Stark would win. He's a brilliant man.

Hulk. Iron Man does not possess the strength nor complete invulerablity of the Hulk, and Iron Man's missiles and beam attacks will only keep Hulk back but also piss him off even more. Iron Man can fly, which would be his only advantage, but it would not be of any use to him, since Hulk can jump great heights and distances and there isnt much Iron Man could do to Hulk while in the air. Hulk would have unlimited ammo supply of rubble to throw at him. :/
