Rate Life Aquatic as one of the top 3 comedies we have had the fortune to receive.
Include "Dr Strangelove, or how I learned to love the bomb" and "the Idiots" by Stanley Kubric and Lars von Triers respectively.
Perhaps it is because the highly caustic sarcasm is more cinematically dispersed, so subtle in its entendres than the more ethical Kubric or societally poigniant von Triers offerings.
