Perle is clearly insane. The guys are a dangerous arrogant group of statisits. Homeland Security and the Patriot act are textbook examples of what the Nazis did. Richard Perle, Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld, Bush, Cheney and the lot of them are all war criminals. They should all be tried as such and dealt with in Times Square
