I still believe you are incorrect. Naim Suleymanoglu Clean and Jerk 190Kg, and he was what, a 62kg lifter? I think strength to weight or strength to weight ratio, the weightlifter has the sprinter beat.

read more carfully plz, i wrote in weight/strengh ratio, not in ultimate strengh, of course their not, or all sprinters would be olympic lifters by default, and the reality is olympic lifters are all 1.5 or 2 times stronger...

You sir are an idiot. Sprinters are great athletes no doubt, but weightlifters out power sprinters any day. Just think about it...the weightlifter's sport is to generate maximal power to lift the most weight. Sprinter's have high power outputs to run fast but weightlifting is a 1 ditch effort, all the power they can generate in the shortest amount of time, henceforth, weightlifters are the most powerful for weight.

yea the guy at 12 seconds is fucking ripped!
*Sarcasme*
ps: sprinters are the ultimate athlete, and often stronger then these guys in weigth/strengh ratio.

These guys are the epitome of an athlete. Explosive, flexible, co-ordinated, shreaded, yet they often earn peanuts

There is some "Truth" with a capital T involved here.
Everything is measured, under the camera, no hocus-pocus or magic. Either you can lift it, or you can't.

I could watch this shit for hours. I heard that you can train like them and be able to lift 3 times your bodyweight over your head. |
