It's funny you say that because I didn't know that to be true UNTIL this movie came out. I learned all about Greek history back in 5th grade, so I assumed it as a given lol. It was like times whenever I discovered someone who's never heard of Mozart or Beethoven. Like whaaaat?

It is funny how no one knew who the spartans were until 300 came out and now there are like the best thing on the planet. And the "this is Sparta" is real big, maybe my favorite quote out of all the quotes in the world.
