Bulgaria is a name given by Greeks. Bulgarian my friend means "Castle gurds" from the greek word PYRGOS mean CASTLE. So PYRGARIOI - BULGARIOI = Bulgars. Another examlple. The Greek Founded city PYRGOS in modern Boulgaria became BURGAS. When the Greeks gave ta name to this tribes, this people were Tukish tribes. So the early Boulgarian History, even the Bulgarian Kindom (Han) in Bolga River is a part of mogolian History
