lol very funny, look at the guys trying to attack him, steven makes it "look" so easy, and as if they are just playing around, but look at the guys ATTACKING, they are going with all their force and might, that is called BEING SKILLED

The attacks are very real, I have practice with Seagal students, and at real level, the uke will attack straight and direct, and if you as nage can not see or feel it coming/premonitions, you'll get your face injury. This is to practice your mushin.I have experience when i wasn't focusing as nage as the result my nose were bleeding.Hope this will clarify

Tenshaku. In order to protect oneself during training, one must learn to "fall", Ukemi, in order to stop oneself from breaking their wrist, arm e.t.c, during techniques such as munetsuki kotegaeshi or yokomen shihonage.

wow some cute guys in here!! lol. im SO horny!! r
Darklycan369 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Believe me, you have to "fall" in such a way... Just for the simple reason, that if you don't,the technique Mr.Seagal did, will break your wrist...
Tenshaku (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Lets get real. Those people, were not trying to really attack him, not at any level. In fact if he just stood there and didnt "defend" himself, they would just stop. They are playing into the "game", they are being intentionally submissive and throwing THEMSELVES. They are flipping. Except for 5% of them.
