Actually, he said "a little bit more than that". I've never seen a thought to speech system, or anything similar, accept when they implanted a chip into a disabled man's brain. But this is not it. What currently works (although almost unusable, as you can see) is catching signals that control our tongue (vocal cords?), which then can be translated to words.
In short, he is saying stuff. Just not out loud. He just wasn't satisfied enough with doing it for the disabled, so he embellished it a bit.

what about system seciurity??? they can put into the mind everything i mean the hakers.i think that in future become a implant into neck.we cannot remove this then the hacker become us GOD's.maybe i near future they gonna upload to mind everthing -- MATRIX --- this muss be in good hands.but in every system are holes.
