That's very arguable. It spread like wildfire on the underground circuit! If a hood Dj had it, he was pretty much the man. I remember most people wouldn't even try to mix it once it came in on wax. You would play the entire song within your set, cause it was so slamming. Made Jamie a household name overnight. We all thought it was some white british group, and found out it was a black kid with a studio in his crib on the southside of Chicago. HAHAHA!!!
