Is Epstein Barr Virus a trigger for Chronic Fatigue ...
Natural Therapist, Elizabeth Noble - http://www.EBVcures.com - continues her series about natural treatments for Epstein Barr Virus (EBV). The virus is also related to glandular fever and mononucleosis.
Epstein Barr Virus has the ability to establish a lifelong presence in the body. In most cases a healthy immune system keeps it in check.
However some people do get chronic mononucleosis which can trigger Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).
Symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which has been triggered by Epstein Barr typically include fatigue, aching muscles, sore throat and
swollen lymph glands. These symptoms can fluctuate from week to week, and even day to day. Periods of feeling well are often followed by a
relapse, as people try to resume normal activities or exercise.
Doctors will tell you that you have CFS when you have had relapsing fatigue for 6 months or more, plus 4 or more of the following symptoms:
- sore throat
- swollen lymph glands
- muscle pain
- headaches of a new type, pattern or severity
- unrefreshing sleep
- impaired short term memory or concentration
- post exercise malaise lasting more than 24 hours.
If you have Epstein Barr virus, now is the time to knock it on the head before it potentially progresses to Chronic Fatigue.
My Mononucleosis Cures e-book is a sensible place to start to build up your immune system and re-claim your life. With my program you can
save yourself needless worry, knowing that you have done your utmost to overcome mononucleosis, and to help keep Chronic Fatigue at bay.

Thank you ! I actually bought your book about monocures. I live in Sweden and I know many people who had this CFS for 1 or 2 years. And it it very reliefing to see that there are other people with the same problem and that there can be something done.

Hi Yorian,
If you are getting ill every time you exercise then you are doing too much. You need to start off really slowly and build up gradually. If you do too much too soon you are compromising your recovery.
To help your recovery and improve your exercise tolerance, you should be taking some vitamin C, B complex and magnesium. CoQ10 and fish oil can also help if you are chronically fatigued. An alkaline diet with good quality protein can also give good results.

Thank you ! Im convinced that i suffer from CFS
but it's very hard for me to avoid working out so i get ill all the time. Do you think that exercise has to be avoided totally even if i follow the other instructions? I've been in this condition for six months now. |
