Debi Mae West DID voice Eva. Don't believe this interview. She's just doing the sensible thing and covering her tracks because the recording for MGS3 was non-union work, therefore she had to invent a pseudonym.
Debi was being real tongue-in-cheek when she mentioned 'Suzetta Miñet'. Look the name up. Isn't it ironic this Suzetta character has only voiced for MGS3 and nothing else?

I think what he may be referring to is a part of Metal Gear Solid 4. I won't give you any spoilers (in case you haven't played it) but there's a scene involving Big Boss' voice and it is actually Richard Doyle that does the voice for that part.

Well, Debi probaly know that, bcz like she said, that many people have asked her if she did the voice of EVA in MGS3, and she has probaly heard that over 350 times already.

No, David Hayter provided the voice of Naked Snake (Big Boss), and Solid Snake. The voice actor for The Fury, is Richard Doyle.
