Yeah, I read somewhere also Dorian used a form of Mentzers Hit program, but modified it to fit his needs.

i didnt say he had bad genetics, i meant he had the worst of any olympia winner, of course he had great genetics if he won ha. im just sayin people like levrone and wheeler had amazing size and shape and seemed to make it look effortless. even when u see ronnie and jay at a young age theyre massive, yates was pretty thin in pics i saw of him young but pretty shredded early on

Hey HITpadawan Where in "A Portrait of: Dorian Yates" Does he say that his method was inferior??? What page? I want to read it, cause I'm pretty sure he doesn't. Dorians is a lil different, he IMPROVED upon Mentzer's methods. If you Read HD1 & HD2 Mentzer, he's always changing shit and admiting he was wrong. Dorian just found a way that worked better for HIM. I'm all about HIT, ever since I started it's been great, especially all the new time I have during the week. And it works!!!
