If you want to be taken seriously as a filmmaker you gotta walk the walk and talk the talk. Coming across as unprofessional and indirect isn't going to open any doors for him.

i like these films and respect their time and effot, but dorkman sounds like a undiscovered Kevin Smith. In the sense he talks like a guidence counsler who pats himself on the back a little too much. Someones a little to knowing about everything related to film.lol

a magnetic serface can deflect a lightsaber because a light saber uses a plasma blade and plasma can be controled with magnetic waves and forces so if you take tungsten carbide and mix in iorn with copper inner coil it would completely protect you from any lightsaber blows the only problem is protecting your joints

And beskar(mandalorian iron) is almost completley lightsaber proof.
Thats why the mandalorians where such tuff opponents for the jedi during the mandalorian wars

@Masonhosey: I agree with an armor that can resist or block lightsabers, but an armor MADE of lightsabers would probably turn you into confetti. If a single bit came loose... SLASH
Or if you move too quickly.. SLASH
Just get an energy shield. Much safer.

Boba Fetts armor resists lightsabers, not deflects. Mandalorian Armor is very hard to make and made of rare extreme-heat resistant metals. Also his neck isn't protected by said armor, which is how Mace Windu was able to decapitate Jango in the 2nd movie.
