2: Why isnt there mirrors in the wardrobe????!!!

I Have 2 Questions,
1. I Built A Apartment Of My Own, Moved My Own Sims Into It Etc.. But I Want To Access The Apartment Building In Buy / Build Mode So I Can Change The Rooms To Make Them Bigger.. Without Movin Any Sims Out Of The Building.. How Do I Do This Thanks!
