The music "Lux Aeterna" (latin for "eternal light") was composed by Clint Mansell for the movie "Requiem for a Dream". "Lux Aeterna" was later remade as "Requiem for a Tower", for "Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers". Mostly, this piece has been played in trailers, like 300. (I know it was in the trailer, but not sure about the movie...)
