the conductor keeps the tempo and controls the tone and volume of the instruments.

i didnt mean it like that. i meant the beauty of it give me conentration. just like any good type of song lets teens concentrate well im saying this is so good that it relaxes my mind and gives me a calm relaxed feeling. and yeh i think its beautiful and exciting 2

I think you mean the conductor.
They read the music off the paper but he brings them in and controls how they should play and everything.
I don't know much about conducting but I think he just controls the orchestra and how they play the piece during performances.

I love this music, but i dont understand what the composer does, do the people that play the instraments read his hands, or do they read the music off a paper

Something this beautiful and exciting, and it helps you to concentrate on your homework? Listening to this, does the opposite to me. I get carried away by the music, mundane things, like homework, are the last thing on my mind when listening to this.
