Country Joe had actually fought in Nam. He has credibility. Why are we in Iraq? Question authority. 40 years later much of the agenda for America is the agenda of the 60s. A Black man is running for president in one party, and the Vice Presidential candidate for the other party is a woman. Every one is worried about the environment, Earth Day is an important day for consideration of the impact of people. We learned that drugs were a dead end. People worldwide feel free to demonstrate.

Its evident that you didn't grow up in the 60's when our government sent our young men to a foreign country to fight a war that was very controversial and unwinable. I was there and shared this view.
