Correction: HIGHER RPMS

No, the LS1-7 engines are a big diff. If you new anything about cars or the rx-7/rotary engine for that matter you would know that. The whole point of a rotary is to be able to put out as much HP as a conventional engine and be half the size and weight with HIGHER RPS. Go look it up on wikapedia dumb ass... or do your research before you comment.. idiot.... oh and btw the rotary needs very little boost to get 350 hp considering it starts at 255 stock in the RX-7. urexisaloser=newb

Ok FYI to you Rotards, The LS1 V8 is a light engine for a V8, not to mention its mounted far back in this car. I highly doubt it has any/little affect on the weight balance at all. And this engine does not need Mods to give it 400hp, unlike your 1.3. Which needs alot of boost to make 350hp. -Anyways, i love this car!!
stubarnes10 (June 25, 2008 at 1:57 am)
the ls1 destroys the 50/50 weight balance and a rotary can easily push 400hp with a lil modification

Nice choice on engine, there is a reason ppl are pulling out those rotary motors and swapping these in. look at performance! 255hp 13b rew 14.0 quartermile, 5.7 ls1 12.6 with 305hp.

Looks so right, sounds so wrong. But it definately deserves credit where it's due. Nice sliding.
