B/C it was on the Smooth Jazz Side. I agree with you, I believe artist now these days are lazy 2 make quality music but there is still some out there that refuse to stay commercialised.

That's a good point but I think you're reading too much into the term "taboo." For a girl from a socially conservative background, acknowledging her desire for hot sex can be considered taboo in itself. True, I'm speculating a bit here, but judging by the song's lyrics, it seems to me Sade is singing about her sexually explosive relationship. Next time Sade tours, I'll get a front row ticket and when the band performs this song, I'll hold up a sign that reads "Is This Song About Incest?" |
