This singer uses "cut my wrist" to sell records the same way Ozzy used Satanism to sell Metal records. I highly doubt the singer cuts himself but he is using the term to gravely express how he feels and most people (no matter what they want the general public think) can identify with this song one way or the other. If you like a fucking song, don't deny it and be a pussy by not defending it. Fuck metal, support new music, the radio is dead because of metal, thank you.

Just because you cut your wrists does not nessesarly make you "emo".
A cutter is a cutter. They are people who have something terrible happen in their life and they cut themselves because the physical pain takes away from the emotional pain. It's very sad.
Being emo is a different story. You show your emotion by fashion and style. You don't care what people say about it. Yes, some emos do cut themselves, but not all. People have taken the word "emo" and turned it into a stereotype.
