Hey, everyone has it wrong!!! They use the toot for "enhanced" interogations! All the bullshit about being mean to the detainees really hurt the CIAs feelings so they decided to try some kinder gentler techniques!
What they do is just leave a kilo of Columbian cha cha dust a mirror a screen and a straw in each prisoners cell for a couple of days after they tell them they are fat and Voila! They can't shut them the hell up!
Hard cores get the "tweak" treatment, but thats another story.

what do you think the u.s do with all the billions of dollars of drug money they get there hands on?...burn it...yeah right....
theyre very keen to stop the drug industry...only because they are jealous of the money it creates...more money in coke than arms....and lets face it america creates more deaths from the all the guns n arms it sells around the world..than the drug trade...only they can do whatever they like...
