Not really it was more about the humans getting the chance to fight and become stronger although I can see your opion. I think the people who made this were tired becaused the human would always just stay to the side and act like a cheer leader for the most part. And acourse their was the getting use to and figuring out how to use their new power. Although I don't see how it took the magic away their were still some preaty awosome fights and strugles not to mention they could lose their power.

They cut some stuff out of the English version though. They are NOT as bad as 4Kids, but not as good as others like VIZ or FUNi.
BUt nonetheless, I still loved the dub, they were the most faithful beginning Season 4.
The bad thing, since this is licensed to DIsney, they don't have Uncut DVDs :(

Well yeah, Season 4 wasn't 'bad' but it didn't feel like Digimon at all. I mean, it was cool how they looked, but Digimon are suppose be kinda like a pet if I may so, and you go througg life with your pet hoping to make him and you better.
But the whole fact that a human can turn into one just takes out all the fun and magic it once had.
I think the writers realized this and fixed it with Season 5.
