whats not to understand? there is nothing that good about slipknot that would warrant spending $2000 on ANY album, pre corey or not. i wouldnt spend that much on an iron maiden album and theyre like one of my top 2 favourites.

nice comeback WEF515, its always great to end up sounding exactly like the people you are bashing. Just because you hate it, doesn't mean its not art. Its true that things changed between albums, but no more from ST to Iowa than Iowa to Vol.3 or All Hope Is Gone, Slipknot is great because they are able to change between albums but still retain the style which is theirs alone. I ask once again, give me one band that is similar to Slipknot, because even Vol.3 and its mainstreamness is incomparable
