They are especially good, though, for when a dog knows it has to go "right now" but doesn't have enough time to give the adult warning. It saves your floors while still not putting the doggie in a diaper. Fair enough compromise? My sister's now-45-pound dog took a while to get trained because she was a rescue dog that had just been fixed (sensitive bladder after that!), and sometimes, she just couldn't make it all the way to the door... for small or urban dogs, add on 20+ more reasons to use em.
