hahaha make me laugh. while malmsteen I'll admit has pretty fucking sweet technique, all he can do is play a harmonic minor for about 5 minutes as fast as he can, and that's about half as fast as Romeo and JP can play. Seriously if you think YJM is anywhere near as talented as Romeo and JP, you're an idiot.
JP is the best guitarist on earth, Romeo a close second. JP's flawless alternate picking wins it for me.

p.s. im pretty sure shawn lane is the fattest guitarist i've ever seen. no offense to him, though, he's a great player.

Eh, I hadn't really noticed. I like the production on this better than on The Odyssey. The Odyssey sounded more like a bunch of demos than the final versions.
Now Death Magnetic, there's an album that suffers horribly from the "Loudness War" thing. The sound quality on that is unbelivably bad. Too bad, since it's a pretty decent album otherwise. Not nearly as good as PL though.
