In short, I can prove any point I want with the bible -- just like statistics. Im spiritual, but in no way or shape a "Christian". Be a good person, follow the 10 commandments and you'll be good to go.

Kundalini energy is one's dormant spiritual energy. The Kundalini energy in it's dormant state is visualized as a snake coiled up in the first chakra at the base of the spine, the Muladhara chakra.
When an aspirant of Kundalini Yoga starts activating the Kundalini energy through various kinds of prayayamas, the nadi system is vitalized.
These statements are taken right from a Kundalini yoga website, don't be fooled by this mysticism that is used to introduce people to demonic spirits.

I don't care about the Yoga stuff, but Doug Paggitt got slammed on his self-centered gospel he preaches. John MacArthur always there to reveal the truths of God's Word.

The book of revelation is a treatise of inner intuitive experience that St. John had as he was climbing into higher states of awareness and Spirit.
Jesus is a savior, he is a Sat Guru.
Although the bible and its books are largely misunderstood by its followers, Jesus is alive and active in his devotees lifes. Examples are saints such as Saint Francis.
Yoga exercise and postures will not open you up to evil spirits.
Book learning and being a good "insert religion" is not enough.

It is the science of God and of our place in this Universe.
Thing I would like to settle. Meditaiton is not emptying out your mind and allowing demons to enter. Meditation is practicing the presence of God and cultivating a supper concentrated, non-restless mind that can be focused on the Divine.
Yoga exercises, are not really Yoga. That is hatha yoga. It is in Yoga because it helps the body to achieve calmness, which is good for meditation and general health of body and mind.

How strange nearly every single person that I've quoted predates 1960 as you said also.
So as you can see, maybe you should become more educated. Spreading ignorance is a wretched thing.
Yoga is how to , as Jesus was and said, become one with the Father and is the essence of truth and how to go about it. It will continue even when this earth vanishes, why?
Because it is a science of that which is.
