here how i do it . . .when i build one, i put a tiny loop in the end and i feed the rest through to make a bigger loop to put your whole hand in. then i seat a stone or something in the pouch with one hand, and with the other i follow the strings back to my other hand, placing them both in the palm . . .and leading out through the thumb and fore finger.

u put the string around ur finger like doin a loop and tie it with a knot i made one but i dont throw it like that i throw it a hook punch sideways
