uses the stream processors to stream videos if your copying a huge dvd to your CPU it uses the stream processors on the video card instead of using your processor its alot faster and better

your wrong until ati comes out with better drivers for there 4800 series they will not beat the GTX 280 and im not an nvidia fan boy either i have 2 4850 HD in CF.just facts.

That's not truth morron. With tri sli with gtx 280 you can run Crysis 1920x1200 with 16xq aa with around 30-70 fps, Everything on very high ofc
