Yeah but there's also the TATARI who calls himself Nanaya Shiki and the fake killer from the plus disc who calls himself Shiki as well.
So I count 5 Shiki's in total. (but 2 are fakes).

Tohno Shiki is Nanaya Shiki. SHIKI is capitolized to show that he is the real Shiki Tohno. Nanaya blood is similar to vampire blood. When it develops, it often comes as a second personality. Nanayas are killers by blood. What if it developed since you were born? A part of yourself you never even knew existed suddenly comes into play.

Lastkoss is talking about some causality stuff that Nasu says about MEoDP users. In all honesty, I don't understand it myself. I haven't looked for the full explanation yet.
The real kicker is the fact that the Aozaki sisters connect KnK and Tsukihime's universes together.
