I play this song a lot as a radio presenter and i was wondering if anyone else can hear a voice just before he sings? Sounds like breakthrough from a cb radio and says "19 a roger"? I thought it was just on the version we have on our system but i can hear it on this video as well. Tell me i am not going mad

Local from Droitwich Spa, spent loads of time in my youth in Stourport on Severn, Bromsgrove etc etc had a real affinity with CTW songs, my favorite didnt quite make it but as I recall was a Noel Edmunds record of the week and I still have a copy, it was called Jigsaw Girl, does anyone have this as i dont have a turntable anymore !
