Hi, I'v been watching some of your vids, you are so funny. I have lost about 45 lbs and I still have away to go. I'm a big gal ! Anyway, I wanted to ask you how do find out the percentage of fat on the body ? I have a big mid section and I'm trying so hard to get rid of it. I'm older than you and a bit more out of shape, I'd say. Lol ! :D Keep up the wonderful work. I'v got to start out slow, But, slow and steady win the race. Right ??? I have a container like that, only it contains 2 cycle engine oil that mixes with gasoline. That type of container has been around quite a while, at least since the 1980's. |
