That would be filler my friend. After soul society the whole next arc is a filler one, aka rushed shit to let the manga get a good ways ahead. Once they go to the hollow's world of Heuco Mundo things start to pick up again. Alas bleach is like most other shonen, alot of the same "fight train fight train" crap over and over... good for a while but gets old fast.

I dunno, Soul Society was good too. After that, the animation kinda sucked compared to the beginning.
