This video reminds me of Good Burger!
I think the Good Burger skit from All That was trying to be reminiscent of this; which is why a remixed version of this song was in the Good Burger soundtrack; and George Clinton himself even made a cameo in it!
The giant straw also seems reminiscent to Good Burger; and that Ed in the milkshake machine lampooned the swimming in cola in this video.
