This one was changed from the original paperback version. In the comic, there's a bit at the beginning where Black hides behind his Embassy's gate and yells comic-code expletives to White, which explains why White goes and makes the mini-microphone. Pretty minor change, but I would have liked to see it in the cartoon anyway.
