nakedtramp, peter greens fleetwood mac was good, but they were just a rehash of other blues bands before them. the magic really came when buckingham nicks joined the band. just listen to the green manalishi with buckingham and nicks which they performed for the white album tour and it blows the original away. sorry, but lindsey is one of the best guitarists in the world where peter green simply isnt.

I hate that- anyone who picks sides with Fleetwood Mac's vocal talents, whether Christie McVie or Stevie Nicks contributed more or had more talent; they were both excellent singers in their own respect.

by the way, joeardinger1111, if only i was a stupid person, i could get away with so much more in life

fair enough, all the people defending stevie nix, tone deafness is a real problem and i cant judge you. but have you heard 'oh well' or 'the green manalishi' or 'rattlesnake shake'? SOOO much better than the manufactured pop-crap they were made to churn out with her. just listening to it you know thier heart isnt in it. i stand by what i said: they should have lived and died by the blues. though i can be a little harsh on her, shes not all that bad, just out of place |
