Okay, so i speak to those who's heads is in theis own ass. Just look after before you ask or say some stupid things. First those who say Yamaha is "shit & lame etc.." Search Google and see for your on that the yamaha was the first who put 4 Stroke engine in to a off road bike for example. And search for some racing past. Dakar with the XT 500 than the YZE 750T, Stefan Evert 10 times world champion, 6 times with yamaha. Just look after.

no 250 is a good starter bike but if u really want it than go ahead its just they have to much power for a new rider and alot of new riders dont no how to handle the power they deliver

I Started on a wr250 very predictable power delivery (linear) and actually pretty easy to start for a 4 stroke (overcome high compression). You will love it.

im just starting to learn how to ride and im savin up for the wr250 model, i just wanna no is this a good starter bike?????? i no it has shit power, but i can just take out the exhaust cork and all that when i get used to it right???

umm yer u could, maby put all the shockers down and all that to lower the seat a bit, im 5'8.5 and i can ride the WR450f (i have big ass legs for my hight tho), but there is like no diffrence in hight between the wr250 and 450
