Haha, uusulteagan, most of the cat dancers play various roles- he ISN'T Mistofelees then- just like the Rum Tum Tugger isn't really the Rum Tum Tugger when he's singing for Mistofelees in this scene; he's just the announcer because Mistofelees is not a big talker.
