To those that would condemn Vodou in the name of the arrogant and hateful god of Christianity: look at your roots. Christianity has killed countless and converted it's victims to a methodology of mindless assimilation, all for the cause of a attention-needy sky god that has once repented for creating us and punishes without provocation. The lwa of Vodou care enough for one to actually reach out and touch us, teach us and actually BE THERE. Nothing of that can be said of the bible god. Ayibobo

Hello brother, unfortunately I have to disagree with certain points you make, with all do respect, the 'chrisitian' god is just God appearing in his form to the people of the hebrew tribe, albeit the worshipers are the onces who give him the bad name it has recieved, Jesus Christ taught mercy, redemption, self sacrafice, what a beautiful thing!!! Unfortunately as humans always do, words where twisted, and thus a corrupt false prophet arose.

It's not our place to judge. As believers we must pray without ceasing.. for the whole world, not just Haiti bc here in the US we have many sinful practices and all sin is equal in Gods eyes and will be rewarded equally.

I misspelled it, I meant to say: does a god of love truely have such weak human emotions such as jealousy?
Also what I mean by war god, haven't you noticed that many christians are in war mode and wish the demise of other faiths. And yet other faiths have no problem with christians being christians as long as they don't get in their way. Except for muslim radicals, they want to convert everybody too.

if you think about it, i mean really think about it, does a good of love truely have such weak human emotions such as jealousy? The christian god is often described as a jealous, vengeful, angry god who is capable of sending his children to an eternal hell fire. Think about it, not even human parents that hate their children would wish such a fate upon their children. And yet this higher being (the christian"god") has no problem with it. "Follow me or die" is the way of the christian god. |
