That's a very narrow definition of music. Generally, music is supposed to evoke certain emotions, and those don't have to be positive by a long shot. By your logic almost all of Blues music doesn't count as music, neither does practically the entire body of Beethoven's work.

The way she does this, she also honors many other musicians, who performed the song same way (in between). That lady is fascinating.
I especially liked her "verdict" over (C)Rap.
In my view, music has a melody and is aesthetic or it is no music. It must be possible to feel better after having listened to music, or to feel supported by a tune or feel any other, positive influence. What you cannot whistle, is not music.
