I was tired of seeing all the people get this achievement without actually giving any tips or strategies so I made this guide to help get this achievement VERY easily. Even for those who suck at countering!!! It cant fail. How to Counter: Tap "A" as a player swings to punch you. If done correctly, you should duck out of the way and avoid being hit just like in the video. As soon as your character ducks, keep hitting "Y" or "B" and you will do a series of 2 or 3 punches in a finishing move style that should take out half the enemies health, or kill them. More Notes: -Some cheats disable achievements, so dont use any - The cops may still come when on the far back platform. This is because some1 else "called" the police on their cell phone - Sometimes its a little hard for some to get this achievement, just keep countering. Make sure your countering and not just dodgeing and punching after you recover or just punching. You can clearly tell its a counter because your series of punches you land will be a sort of combo style attack like those seen in the video. - The helicopter tours place is located at the very southeast of Algonquin (The middle island with all the tall buildings)

if you type in the health cheat and you save it on one game and you start a new game without typing in that cheat and getting it on that game, will you still get this achievement?

wow thats not right, check the vid again. he only counters 5 times b4 he gets the achievement! i do mine in the subway and im terrible at countering, most of the time he magically get extremely close and constantly beating me, i don't have time to run away and pull out mah gun!!!
