She looks soo healthy, I like her body type; not to chubby, not to skinny. She eats hardy, which I like. But she likes too much oil, I guess that's what makes her so spunky (BAMMM!).

I don't understand why she keeps the fat. Cut it off, use a grill pan, put a little olive oil and salt in your hands, rub it all over the steak and grill it. 1 minute for rare on both sides, never re-turning it, because THAT dries out the steak. Too much fat is just unnecessary, and unhealthy. Saying that the lemon and steak idea with the lemon zest mash sounds divine. I look forward to trying it tomorrow :)

"Flash fried steak" just means a thin beef steak that is fried in a pan with oil. "Flash fried" means that it only takes 2-3 minutes to cook, because the steak is thinly sliced.

Flash fried steak, can you please explain. I'm afraid I won't be able to buy in Italy if I don't understand what it is.
Thanks a lot for help

Did she even season the meat. I prefer seasoned meat, seasoned properly and cooked properly anyway

Well, my steak was thicker and needed it. But I love lemon so to me, it was perfect. Anyway, it's all a matter of personal taste, right?
