Personally I think it speaks out about stereotypical beauty. Huge breast, non stop tanning to look bronze. Its a unique artistic play when something from current pop culture is portrayed in an old medium. Like writing a sestina about an Xbox 360. But being an artist, one thing I tell people when they see or listen to my work and ask: "what does it mean" is that it means whatever they think it means. People should take from it what they think they take from it.

Its similar to Utopia in the fact that the lyrics dont conventional fit the beauty of the song. I feel that Utopia was a bit different than this because when you listen to the music and reflect on cosmetic surgery as a whole it can be quite melancholy and put things in perspective. Though Im with anybody letting the song fit them, good music and art touches people in different ways.

First off, the melody makes a song. Not always the lyrics. The vocals are purposefully fuzzy. So while their literally about fake fun bags, the melody brings to mind other things. And anyone will tell you a song is about it's melodic meaning, more than the literal one. It's art.
