Not to mention the regional accents which can differ almost as much as welsh and scottish accents do take someone from main and send them to texas and they may have as much trouble understanding them as someone from the UK or Australia

Wow. the welsh accent is quite interesting. However, I will be honest to say that he sounds sexier with an American accent. Incredible that he could mask his accent so well. Didn't know he was Welsh until I read more info on him.

I think they're comparing Rhys and House in that they both have foreign accents but can speak American pretty perfectly! It doesn't matter what accents they have, they both sound American when playing their roles. I hope that makes sense.
