I get dizzy after like two rolls, it's ridiculous.. This I could not do..

These soft breakfalls look cool. I`d love to learn them too, but I have the judo falls ingrained in my system which means I alwas land with a great flat crash. Really hard to unlearn.

It's not so soft as it should be. You are not following the line of your body nor the gravity nor the nature of movement, it seems that you are doing it by heart. Don't slam your hand when you touch the floor, instead use it as a coushin.

what the fuck, those rolls look weird, but cool

I dont want to complain but it sounds too mutch, that mean that it will hert more on asfalt.
phillyaikidogal (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Yeah...really. I'm still trying to figure out how to fall *that* lightly. I still feel like a bag of potatoes sometimes when I breakfall!
charyuop (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
I HATE YOU!!!!!!!! You make breakfall look the easiest thing on hearth...my sore shoulders don't agree with you tho hee hee.
MarioGiMo (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
lol My sensei saw me doing this during class and wanted to see it himself, throwing me, and being ready to catch my free hand if i had made the mistake to pass it near his face, but he ended up accepting this new ukemy, BECAUSE WE use SOME EXACTLY AS THe VIDEO: AIKIDO "NICE FALLING TECHNIQUE" you don't know when you are going to need an specific breakfall technique so I learn as many as i can. I bet this one is the most suitable when tori keeps holding your arm to make your feet hit the floor.

man, compared to this guy, my break falls suck! |
