You can move but its extremely slow.
If you use cloaking specialized ship such as Covert Ops , you can move full speed though.

Cloaking is very good, And you right click on the place you want to go and click approach or Warp to 0KM 10KM, etc.

Cloaking is not used on combat because it gives you a penalty on locking time. It's mostly used on Covert Ops ships that are designed to slip through enemies for intel,etc.

I don't get this game (don't play it) but how do you maneuver the ship, do you press where it should go, tried to find movies here but can't find any. This game reminds me somewhat of freelancer that's why I'm curious, might buy it.
Also, is cloaking good or bad, movies I've seen cloaking is not really used !
